In this book I present new ideas on some important emotions -
how to define them,
what their characteristics are,
and how to identify them.
I then describe how some of these emotions flow in certain sequences.
These sequences I call "abreaction". They have the effect of linking excitement to sorrow, and happiness to unhappiness, thereby causing many of the problems of daily life. They mix morality with immorality, and make a mess of traditional ideas on ethics and responsibility. By understanding these sequences we can begin taking more control over our lives.
So come and explore a world of emotion.
The content of the articles here are the same as that in articles on my psychology websites. However, here they are split up into much smaller page sizes in order to make them easier to read and digest.
